Payment and Delivery

Payments - Paypal
We accept payment via paypal, which is a secured online credit card payment system. You do not need to have a paypal account. With a credit card, you are able to make payment. (Good news!) Paypal transaction fees are fully absorbed by us. All information regarding your transaction and identity is kept confidential through Paypal, which uses SSL technology to keep your information safe. Paypal adheres to the highest security standards, as set by international PCI (payment card industry) compliance.
All purchases with payment made via paypal will be processed immediately after payment is completed.
Delivery Process
We only accept local (Singapore) order. Once payment is received, order will be processed and deliver within 2 to 3 business days. There is a flat rate shipping fee of S$30 (per trip) for delivery. We offer free delivery on orders above S$1000. Extra transport cost may applies for off-shore destinations, eg Sentosa, Jurong Island, Puala Ubin. Please contact sales@jc-net.com.sg for enquiry and arrangement.
All orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or Public Holidays will only be processed on the next working day. Note that some delays can be expected during peak holiday and sale periods.
Confirmation / Cancellation & Making Changes
All orders received through our system is immediately sent to our warehouse for immediate processing. As such, we would not be able to cancel or make changes to your order once the order is completed. You will receive a confirmation email with the invoice number, once we have received your payment.
Shipping of items will only take place after payment has been cleared. If you receive an on-page confirmation that the order was received, this means that the order has gone through. Please check your email spam box to see if your order confirmation email was filtered there by your server.
Exchanges & Returns
JC Connections Pte Ltd takes pride in the products that we offer. If your order arrives damaged, or we've sent the wrong thing, please let us know. Damaged items or incorrect orders can be returned or exchanged within 7 days upon receipt of the order.
Please ensure:
- Item is in its original purchase condition Item is unopened and unused
- All packaging is unmarked and not defaced in any manner
- We will review your return request to establish whether we will:
(a) Replace the product with a new item
(b) Give you a full refund for the item Credit your account with the value of that item
If you wish to exchange an incorrect delivery or faulty or damaged product, please contact us at sales@jc-net.com.sg and let us know the reason, your contact details and your invoice number.
Delays & Damages
Unfortunately accidents do happen. If there is a delay with your order due to inclement weather, we will do our best to notify you. All of our products are carefully packaged to prevent breakage in transit.
If your order is damaged during shipping, please photograph the inside and outside of the box and keep all contents and packaging for insurance claim purposes. Please contact us within 2 days of the arrival of your item for instructions. JC Connections Pte Ltd is in no way responsible for any delays in shipping, damages in transit, packages not received, arrival of your order at the wrong location due to incorrect delivery address or international customs issues.
